• You may submit one or more websites and corresponding banners according to our guidelines (dimensions, file size, content rules).
• We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or disable any site or banner at our discretion (e.g. for policy violations, quality, or technical compliance).
• If your banner or site is rejected, you'll be notified with reasons and may submit revisions.

• After approval, you will receive a snippet of embed code to place on your site.
• Your banner will only become "live" if we detect the valid embed code.
• We may periodically check for the presence of the embed. If removed or altered, your banner may be disabled.

• Your banner will rotate among the network of participating sites under a fair exchange principle (i.e. your banner shows on others' sites while theirs show on yours).
• We do not guarantee any specific number of impressions or clicks.
• We reserve the right to prioritize or boost banners for paying users.

• We provide real-time and historical metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR).
• You agree that our tracking (e.g. via pixels, scripts) is valid and binding.
• You should not manipulate or falsify metrics. Any detected fraud or abuse may lead to account suspension or termination.

Certain features of AdminBanner may be offered as paid upgrades (such as priority placement or increased visibility). All fees are clearly listed at the time of purchase. Payments must be made in full and are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing, plans, or features at any time.

You agree not to:

• Submit banners or sites with illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content
• Use malware, auto-click scripts, bots, or fraudulent tactics
• Remove or hide the embed code after activation
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our platform

Violation may lead to immediate suspension or account termination.

• You may terminate your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access (or disable specific banners) if you violate these Terms or for other business reasons.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but we may retain certain data (e.g. anonymous stats, logs) for legal or business purposes.

• No guarantees. We provide the Service "as is" without warranties (express or implied).
• We are not responsible for external website performance, downtime, or issues on partner sites.
• To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdminBanner, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claim or demand (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

• These Terms are governed by applicable international laws and regulations.
• Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
• If a provision is held invalid, the remainder shall still apply.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. We'll post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you accept the revised Terms.
